Requesting Deletion of User Account
If you would like to delete your Telerivet user account and associated user data, follow the process below:
- Delete any and all Telerivet projects you have created. From the Dashboard page for each project, click More > Delete project, then confirm that the project should be deleted.
- Send an email to info@telerivet.com from the email address associated with your Telerivet user account requesting that your user account be deleted.
When one of your Telerivet projects is deleted, data associated with that project will also be immediately deleted, including messages, contacts, routes, and services. When your user account is deleted, your login information including email address and password will be removed from Telerivet's systems.
If your organization has a transaction history from payments or charges to your account, the transaction history will continue to be retained by Telerivet after deleting your user account.
After you delete User Content from the Telerivet service, or following termination of your User account, Telerivet may retain your User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. In no case shall this time be greater than six (6) months following deletion of the User Content or termination of the User account. For more information, see Telerivet's Privacy Policy.
